	Cutting Board Resurfacing, LLC was established in 1995. Its president and C.E.O. is Mike Allen, a Registered Sanitarian. Mike has worked in the cleaning and sanitation industry for 30 years.
	We have provided service to restaurants, schools, delis, country clubs, single and multi-chain grocery store operations in 38 states.
	We schedule visits by appointment and preceed arrival by telephone confirmation.
	Mike Allen's career in a nutshell:
	Developed early supermarket sanitation programs utilizing audio visual techniques in the US, Canada and Mexico. Manufactured U.S.D.A. approved cleaning chemicals for several years. Vice-president of sales for an international chemical manufacturer, producing a wide variety of products for the contract / in house cleaning industries. Building services account executive from the Building Services Contractors Association International (B.S.C.A.I.). Developed early workload programs utlizing time / motion studies. Top U.S. distributor of Swiss made machines and cleaning products for 3 years. Long-time member of the International Sanitary Supply Association (I.S.S.A.). Certified trainer of nationally recognized National Restaurant Association ServeSafe sanitation program. Worked in 48 States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Europe.
